I’m going to repeat Project July as Project December and again make a concerted effort to establish daily habits. Jyllian just completed NaBloPoMo for the third or fourth year in a row so I know it’s doable. So again the goals are:

  • Daily journal entries to ensure progress
  • Strength training 3 days a week
  • Track my diet on a daily basis
  • Meditate daily
